This is not meant to be a "Rule Book" rather a set of suggestions for each
host to consider when planning a burner party. If you are hosting a
party feel free to use whatever you find helpful, and change whatever
doesn't work for you |

Is this a public event or (more likely) limited to
the Burner community, friends, and burner curious
|
| |
|
 |
Primary means of publicity is via the AZBurner list |
| |

 |
If you invite guests, please explain LNT and other
burner principles to your guest. |

 |
Please honor the host's request regarding underage
drinking and/or the consumption of recreational substances. |
| |
|
 |
[Optional] Request that the party is not posted on
other Burner board like Tribe.net |

Is it an all-ages event (Yes / No) |

Is it all ages until a certain time? |

|
|
|
If 21 and older after a certain time, is there an exception for an 18 year
old, accompanied by a legal guardian or spouse? |

If you have 1 or 2 friends that you would like to
introduce into the Burner Community please bring them, but please
understand this a private property [optional: with limited space].
All persons under 21 who are
not with a parent, legal guardian, or spouse, 21 or over, will not be
admitted. Children under 18 are welcome with their parents until 9pm at
which time the party will become adults only. Sorry for any
inconvenience this may cause. |

Almost goes without saying, but keep it clean |

Make sure that potties are in a well lit area, have a light
(battery operated light or glow stick) in each one. |

Have a stock of potty friendly toilet paper - restock as needed |

Ideally have a Costco-sized pumper of Purell handy |
