List of things to consider when Planning an Event.

This is not meant to be a "Rule Book" rather a set of suggestions for each host to consider when planning a burner party. If you are hosting a party feel free to use whatever you find helpful, and change whatever doesn't work for you

Party Announcements

Is this a public event or (more likely) limited to the Burner community, friends, and burner curious
Primary means of publicity is via the AZBurner list
If you invite guests, please explain LNT and other burner principles to your guest.
Please honor the host's request regarding underage drinking and/or the consumption of recreational substances.
[Optional] Request that the party is not posted on other Burner board like Tribe.net

Is it an all-ages event (Yes / No)
Is it all ages until a certain time?
If 21 and older after a certain time, is there an exception for an 18 year old, accompanied by a legal guardian or spouse?

If you have 1 or 2 friends that you would like to introduce into the Burner Community please bring them, but please understand this a private property [optional: with limited space].

All persons under 21 who are not with a parent, legal guardian, or spouse, 21 or over, will not be admitted. Children under 18 are welcome with their parents until 9pm at which time the party will become adults only. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
